Seoul Citizens' Hall
Located on the first and second basement level of the Seoul City Hall, the Citizens' Hall was built for the people as a space dedicated for listening to the voices of the people. The multi-purpose space serves as a venue for a multitude of citizen-oriented events, activities and more.
